• Solid seniority and proven track record in implementing and maintaining operational AI solutions
• Hybrid profile with technical proficiency for prototyping and strong business and process analysis skills
• Hands-on experience exploring, prototyping, and integrating diverse AI models including marketing automation, generative graphics, and data analytics
• Deep understanding of AI governance, risk management, data security compliance, and product-level risk mitigation
• Proven experience in change management and influencing teams to adopt new operational methods
• Fluent in Polish with a good command of English

• Coordinate multi-agent systems and ensure smooth interaction with clear human escalation pathways
• Oversee AI governance, data classification, GDPR compliance, and channel shadow AI into secure enterprise tools
• Monitor operational ROI, evaluate AI model limitations, and optimize token consumption costs
• Define exit criteria ensuring documented processes and self-sufficient teams without long-term dependency
