AI Platform Owner (m/k/os.)

AI Team at Asseco Poland S.A. builds and maintains an AI ecosystem, establishes best practices and standards for AI usage, develops a solution catalog, tests the latest technologies, shares knowledge through trainings and conferences, and conducts innovative projects including implementation doctorates.

• Knowledge of GenAI tools and LLM models, including applications, limitations, and risks
• Ability to evaluate new functionalities, models, and integrations for business value, security, compliance, and organizational impact
• Basic understanding of API, integrations, connectors, and system architecture to identify and assess technical and operational risks
• Basic knowledge of data security and RODO (GDPR)
• Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, comparative analyses, decision materials, and management recommendations
• Skills in creating and maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge bases, and guidelines for AI tools
• Openness to tracking AI technology developments, regulatory changes, and market trends

Nice to have:

• Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or cloud platforms
• Experience working with technology providers
• Interest in RAG, AI agents, LLMOps, MLOps, or FinOps

• Administration and maintenance of enterprise AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise, according to organizational policies
• Managing user access, monitoring license usage, reporting costs, and preparing optimization recommendations
• Evaluating new functionalities for business value, security, compliance, and costs
• Maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge base, and usage guidelines for AI tools
• Collaborating with AI tool providers and internal IT teams
• Supporting users and area administrators with AI-related issues
• Developing the AI solution catalog within the company
