Wymagania
- Minimum 3-5 years of documented experience in product marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing with hands-on content creation.
- Proven portfolio with at least three examples demonstrating goals and measurable results, e.g., launch campaigns, landing pages, GTM strategies, or post series.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write benefit-driven, engaging content that leads to customer conversion.
- Practical knowledge of developing GTM strategies and positioning technology products in the market.
- Experience managing social media channels for product or B2B brands independently.
- Very good English language proficiency (at least B2) sufficient for editing publication-ready materials.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Canvas/Figma (basic knowledge for briefing), and conscious use of AI tools.
- Strategic and creative mindset combined with high self-reliance and discipline in project completion.
- High engagement, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in HoReCa, Foodtech, or SaaS for SMB sectors.
- Experience launching a new product from the ground up.
- Basic knowledge of SEO copywriting and collaboration with SEO specialists.
- Basic UX writing skills including micro-copy, onboarding, and interface writing.
- Experience building or modernizing a brand voice for an existing brand.
- Knowledge of project and content management tools.
Obowiązki
- Build and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new products, from persona definition and value propositions to launch and sales scaling.
- Position existing products through naming, storytelling, messaging, and communication that differentiate from competitors.
- Maintain brand voice and communication consistency across all channels, including advertising and sales materials.
- Perform copywriting tasks for PPC ads, landing pages, websites, presentations, and sales materials.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including strategy, content creation, publishing, and moderation.
- Create briefs and scripts for video materials and coordinate with graphic designers and videographers.
- Prepare selected English-language materials and contribute to international expansion efforts.
