Credit Risk Modelling Specialist

Departament Finansowania Konsumenckiego at Polski Standard Płatności S.A. in Warszawa.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk modelling
• Practical knowledge of tools and languages supporting data analysis, especially SQL (mandatory)
• Higher education in econometrics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related fields
• Independence, ability to organize work and take responsibility for decisions
• Analytical skills in data analysis and drawing and presenting conclusions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python (preferred) or R
• Communicative knowledge of English

• Build and develop predictive models in credit risk, including application and behavioral scoring models based on customer transactional data and external credit/economic databases
• Maintain models including calibration, monitoring, and automate related processes
• Model risk assessment processes and build decision engines for onboarding to assess creditworthiness
• Search for optimization opportunities in decision algorithms, analyze processes and recommend changes
• Participate in implementation of changes in decision engines and data processing
• Prepare analyses and reports related to onboarding effectiveness and credit portfolio quality
