IT Solutions Architect (m / f)

Medicover is seeking an experienced and engaged IT Architect to join their IT Architecture Department. The team is responsible for IT architecture across the organization, collaborating closely with business units and teams. The office location is in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 96.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture, including roles as a corporate or solution architect.
• Knowledge and practical application of architectural methodologies such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Understanding of business processes, technologies, and their interdependencies.
• Proficiency in working with architectural models, gap analyses, roadmaps, and application lifecycle.
• Experience with architecture modeling and management tools like Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, ADOIT.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically, combining business and technological perspectives.
• Mandatory proficiency in English at minimum B2 level in both spoken and written form.

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Experience working in organizations with complex structures.

• Coordinate activities related to managing the portfolio of applications, technologies, and business capabilities.
• Support in building architectural standards and oversee their application in projects.
• Support projects by developing IT solution concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various business and IT units to ensure solution coherence.
• Identify dependencies between initiatives and recommend actions to improve the IT landscape.
• Support decision-making by providing architectural models and change impact analyses.
• Develop and maintain the architecture repository (e.g., using tools like Enterprise Architect).
• Support the development of architectural governance and the collaboration culture between IT and business teams.
