Senior Front-end Developer

Univio is a digital commerce transformation partner with over 25 years of experience and nearly 500 projects completed. They assist clients such as mBank, Super-Pharm, SIG, Bakalland, Onninen, and Volkswagen Group Poland in implementing innovative e-commerce solutions, PIM systems, B2B and B2C portals, modern UX, and advanced integration systems. The Adobe Team consists of 80 Magento and Adobe Commerce experts who design, implement, and develop advanced eCommerce platforms based on Magento 2 technology, including Magento Open Source, Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce), and Magento Cloud.

• Documented experience in designing architecture for large frontend applications (headless, integrations, scalability)
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions with business justification
• Experience in planning, estimating, and decomposing complex tasks for a team
• Experience in leading a team (mentoring, development, standards, definition of done)
• Ability to collaborate cross-team (backend / Magento, design, PM, client) and explain technical issues
• Comprehensive awareness of performance, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), security, and maintenance

Nice to have:

• Experience with Magento and its data/content model (widgets, CMS blocks, API)
• Experience leading migration of large stores to headless architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Next.js hosting infrastructure, and production monitoring
• Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
• Experience in technical recruitment and team building

• Define and maintain frontend architecture and technical standards for the project
• Ensure quality, performance, and timely frontend delivery
• Make architectural and technical decisions on the frontend

• Lead and develop the frontend team through mentoring, code reviews, and standards
• Collaborate with backend (Magento), design teams, and clients; represent frontend team in technical discussions
