Expert Infrastructure Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Expert Infrastructure Consultant to lead a critical infrastructure modernization project for a global client in the manufacturing sector.

• Proven experience as a Senior or Expert Infrastructure Consultant/Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including build pipelines and artifact management.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and secure software signing.
• Consultative skills to provide strategic architecture recommendations and accurate cost estimates.
• Experience delivering technical training and managing structured knowledge transfers.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level) to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough evaluation of the client's existing infrastructure and environment.
• Design a robust, secure, and scalable build and artifact server setup following modern DevOps best practices.
• Prepare a comprehensive solution design including cost estimates for implementation and technical training.
• Deliver technical training and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Expected Deliverables:

• Comprehensive Design Proposal for the new infrastructure.
• Detailed Cost Estimate covering implementation and training phases.

The position requires the candidate to be based in Poland for a 100% remote working model.
