Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Specialist or Onsite IT Support role.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Citrix, VMware, Azure, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Service-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Professional fluency in English (minimum C1); Polish fluency highly preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.

Obowiązki

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and local networking equipment.
  • Handle incident management, request fulfillment, IT asset tracking, and user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage office infrastructure tasks including relocations, refurbishments, and resolving critical local IT incidents.
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
  • Act as local IT point of contact collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.

Inne informacje

This position requires 100% onsite presence in Warsaw office, 5 days a week. Remote work is not available for this role.
