Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Specialist or Onsite IT Support role.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Citrix, VMware, Azure, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools, Jira, and Confluence.
- Service-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Professional fluency in English (minimum C1); Polish fluency highly preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
Obowiązki
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and local networking equipment.
- Handle incident management, request fulfillment, IT asset tracking, and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage office infrastructure tasks including relocations, refurbishments, and resolving critical local IT incidents.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
- Act as local IT point of contact collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones.
Inne informacje
This position requires 100% onsite presence in Warsaw office, 5 days a week. Remote work is not available for this role.
