IT Support Engineer

S3 Connected Health is a digital health company headquartered in Dublin with a tech hub in Wrocław. The company builds and supports solutions used in real healthcare settings, such as remote patient monitoring, treatment support, and medication adherence. It has a team of around 250 people across engineering, IT, data, UX, and healthcare, working in a complex environment that includes development tools, infrastructure, and healthcare-specific requirements.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support role
• Minimum 2 years supporting Atlassian Cloud Apps or other vendor software/hardware development tools stacks, cloud-based applications
• Minimum 2 years experience managing licensing processes, including extensions and vendor negotiations
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux Server environments
• Experience supporting Windows OS and desktop applications
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience
• Ability to work with IT department policies and procedures
• Good troubleshooting skills with efficient problem investigation
• Good spoken and written English (B2)

• Provide tier 2/3 IT support to engineering and admin staff
• Maintain and configure development process support tools like Atlassian stack, Git, and SVN
• Manage licensing processes, including extensions, negotiations with vendors, and purchasing
• Maintain and support Windows Server and Linux Server-based service environments, including hypervisor infrastructure
• Manage backups
