Taxonomy Analyst with Dutch Language

Svitla Systems Inc. is recruiting for a full-time position supporting one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites. The role involves working primarily in US-based timezones and focuses on taxonomy and data analysis.

• Native-level fluency in Dutch.
• Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, or content classification.
• Experience in data labeling/annotation and data validation.
• Experience reviewing high-volume datasets.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Ability to follow labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to understand localization or multilingual content.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR/job taxonomy.
• Knowledge of SQL or Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).

• Support workflows for France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
• Review and validate data according to provided labeling guidelines.
• Apply taxonomy, metadata, and content classification principles to datasets.
• Perform data labeling, annotation, and validation tasks.
• Analyze high-volume datasets and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Provide written feedback on data and communicate findings through Slack and other collaboration tools.
• Participate in team syncs and collaborate effectively in English.
• Exercise sound judgment in labeling and classification decisions.
• Work with localization and multilingual content where applicable.
