IT Project Manager CRM

Their activities include building new systems, their development and maintenance, product implementations, and team allocations. • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as IT Project Manager CRM.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience coordinating implementations with vendors and IT teams.
• Proficiency in business needs analysis.
• Fluent English language skills.

• Support financial institutions in CRM transformation, from business needs analysis through system implementation and optimization.
• Coordinate CRM implementation projects involving vendors and IT teams.
• Collaborate in hybrid mode with project meetings arranged as needed.
• Participate in onboarding and recruitment processes conducted remotely.

The recruitment process consists of a phone interview (up to 30 minutes), a remote technical-business verification video call (60–90 minutes), and a remote meeting with the project Product Owner (30–60 minutes).
