IT Program Director F/M

• Proven ability to coach and develop a high performing team
• 3-5 years managing managers and top technology talent
• Over 5 years of experience delivering and operating technology, preferably in merchandising, sales, service, ecommerce, or marketing technology roles
• Fluent in English (C2 level)
• Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work at all management levels from executive to operational teams
• Demonstrated ability to innovate

• Obtain a high level of satisfaction from the merchandising leaders
• Define and implement comprehensive technical capabilities and plans to enable the merchandising department strategy
• Collaborate with Merchandising teams to automate service and processes to enable agents to do higher value work while reducing costs
• Leverage latest developments in selected technology partners to maximize benefits from purchased software
• Develop, monitor, and improve key performance indicators for technology products and maintain agreed SLAs
• Identify and implement measures to reduce total cost of ownership while improving user capabilities
• Develop managers and experts to ensure healthy succession within the Merchandising IT team
• Act as a general leader within the IT organization and serve as trusted advisor to the Group IS Director and IT Leadership Team
• Participate actively as a member of the IT leadership team to drive overall IT strategy
