System Analyst

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group, founded in 2002 with over 1000 engineers working with more than 200 technologies. The company supports clients from key sectors by delivering complex integration, cloud, data, and software engineering projects.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a System Analyst or IT Analyst (5+ for senior level)
• Experience working with clients in the banking or financial sector
• Proficient in BPMN and UML notations for system analysis and design
• Understanding of banking processes such as credits, accounts, payments, onboarding, KYC/AML
• Ability to create clear requirement documentation (use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional specs)
• Experience in integration projects involving data exchange, API, and ESB
• Comfortable communicating with business and technical teams during workshops and requirements gathering
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level for documentation and meetings
• Self-reliant, well-organized, able to work in distributed teams

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with banking solutions (core banking, credit systems, CRM, card systems)
• Experience with microservice architecture and integration based on REST/SOAP
• Use of modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, Visio, Draw.io, BPM tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to perform simple data analysis
• Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Analyze and design changes in existing banking systems
• Model business processes using BPMN (e.g., credit processes, account opening, KYC)
• Document system requirements including UML models and API interface specifications
• Analyze existing solutions and propose improvements in processes and system architecture
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business departments, and development teams
• Support implementation teams in acceptance testing (UAT) and refine requirements
• Participate in analytical workshops with clients and internal project sessions

Cooperation model: B2B long-term engagement in BlueSoft projects. Work mode: hybrid in Warsaw (team meetings and client workshops) or remote depending on team and project arrangements. Recruitment includes stages with BlueSoft recruiter, technical interview, and possibly client meeting. Identity verification via QR code in mObywatel app may be required.
