Tactica Pharmaceuticals is a Polish pharmaceutical company located in Kraków.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
• Ability to diagnose basic hardware and software problems
• Basic knowledge of computer networks: LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
• Communicative and patient with users
• Good organization of work
• Independence in solving simple problems
• Motivation to learn and develop technical skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Completion of IT technical school, university studies, or IT enthusiasts willing to gain real production environment experience
• Knowledge of Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Sophos or similar devices
• Basic experience with network printers and multifunction devices

• Receiving and handling IT requests from company employees
• Resolving basic issues related to computer hardware, printers, scanners, phones, and other office devices
• Supporting users with Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and email systems
• Configuring workstations for new employees
• Installing basic software
• Assisting with problems related to network access, Internet, email, and corporate systems
• Maintaining basic IT equipment records
• Collaborating with the main IT specialist on larger implementations and breakdowns
• Ensuring smooth communication with users and timely resolution of incidents
