Cybersecurity Project Manager

Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider specializing in tailor-made solutions, smart outsourcing, try&hire, and success fee services.

• Minimum 10 years of commercial IT experience, with at least 8 years specifically in a Project Manager role.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Language proficiency: English at minimum B2 level, Polish at C1 level.
• Deep familiarity with security policies grounded in industry best practices and standards.
• Strong architectural background with hands-on experience driving the full lifecycle of IT Security solutions.
• Practical expertise with project methodologies and tools: PM2, PMP, PRINCE, and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience running cybersecurity projects within EU classified environments.
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and priorities across cyber investment portfolios or programs.
• At least 4 recognized certifications: minimum 2 in Cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001) and minimum 2 in Project & IT Service Management (e.g., PM2 Advanced, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation).

• Drive the entire lifecycle and scope of critical security projects from start to finish.
• Implement project controls to ensure milestones are hit on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain strict quality assurance over all project deliverables.
• Monitor and communicate any issues, scope adjustments, and contingencies during execution.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Project Board and vital stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks, approve work packages, balance team workloads, and keep project members motivated.
• Plan and monitor the delivery processes of all project products.
• Facilitate clear communication internally among the team and externally with outside parties.
• Draft essential project management documentation such as schedules, logs, and plans, and define team responsibilities.
• Host effective project meetings and present comprehensive technical reports to leadership.
