Cybersecurity Architect

Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider specializing in tailor-made IT solutions, smart outsourcing, try&hire, and success fee services. The client is a large international public-sector organization operating in a highly regulated and security-focused environment, responsible for coordinating complex operations, ensuring operational resilience, and maintaining continuity of critical services across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.

• Minimum 10 years of commercial IT experience, including at least 8 years in Cybersecurity.
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Proven knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, reference models, and secure development lifecycles.
• Deep understanding of current cyber threats, risk management, and privacy-enhancing technologies (PET).
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and legislative compliance best practices.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technological designs.
• Excellent communication skills for technical leadership and explaining complex security concepts.
• Possession of at least 4 internationally recognized certifications among CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, CNDA, CISSP-ISSAP, CGEIT, CRISC, GIAC.
• Excellent Polish and English language skills, at least C1 level.

• Design and propose secure IT architectures aligned with organizational strategy and business goals.
• Create comprehensive architectural documentation and functional specifications; present security blueprints to stakeholders.
• Lead the lifecycle of security solutions from development environment setup through integration and handover to operations.
• Evaluate and review existing architectures for resilience and adapt to emerging cyber threats.
• Collaborate with IT personnel and cross-functional teams to enforce privacy-by-design and security-by-default principles.
• Perform market evaluations and Proof of Concepts to assess new technologies and select solutions.
• Align cyber defense planning with business mission, streamline IT workflows, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
