Wymagania
- 5+ years in software development.
- Experience with Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis.
- Experience writing functional and integration tests.
- English proficiency level B2 or higher.
Obowiązki
- Build realistic developer environments including virtual companies with codebases and related context (tickets, docs, conversations).
- Design tasks from intermediate environment states, craft prompts, define completion criteria, and ensure solvability by AI agents.
- Write tests that accept all valid AI solutions and reject incorrect ones.
- Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback, reviewing agent solutions, analyzing failures, and refining evaluations.
