Writer/Senior Writer

Rebel Wolves is a new game development studio founded by industry veterans with experience on titles like “The Witcher 3” and “Cyberpunk 2077.” The company focuses on creating AAA dark fantasy RPGs in a new original universe, with a grounded and realistic animation style.

• Excellent writing skills with documented successes
• Native or near-native fluency in English
• Minimum 3 years experience as a writer/narrative designer in the video game industry with at least one major release or several smaller titles
• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, UE) and dialogue writing tools
• Ability to create interactive, non-linear stories and dialogues
• Adapt story to gameplay and technical requirements without sacrificing writing quality
• Great communication skills and ability to adapt based on feedback
• Basic IT fluency
• Passion for video games, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a writers’ team/writers’ room
• Familiarity with major CRPG releases
• Familiarity with history and folklore of Central and Eastern Europe
• Experience writing in other media (movies, comic books, novels)
• Fluency in Polish

• Crafting stories
• Writing dialogues
• Writing cutscene and CGI scripts
• Writing on-screen, in-game documents
• Creating internal documentation
• Assisting with editing and proofreading English text
• Ensuring lore consistency and expanding the new IP
• Collaborating with PR/Marketing and Localization
• Working with VO artists and directors
