Engineering Manager (Java + Angular)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists, implementing projects for clients engaged in innovative and modern technological initiatives. The client is a leading international financial institution, among the largest banks in Poland.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Programmer, or Technical Analyst.
• Experience managing teams of IT experts.
• Knowledge of Java and Angular enabling active participation in technical discussions.
• Knowledge of application architecture, asynchronous communication, and databases.
• Experience using AI tools supporting software development (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development and deployment processes.
• Ability to manage risk and coordinate work among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, team development, and engagement-building abilities.
• Highly developed communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Supporting Product Owners in backlog management, work planning, and product roadmap execution.
• Organizing and coordinating project team plans and schedules.
• Monitoring IT product delivery processes according to established schedules and KPIs.
• Collaborating closely with Release Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners.
• Managing risks related to IT product delivery.
• Supporting implementation of production standards and best organizational practices.
• Developing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitating team work according to Agile principles.
• Ensuring high quality of delivered technological solutions.
