Senior DevOps (Observability) Engineer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation model dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for clients delivering innovative and modern solutions. The client is a leading leader in debt management in Central Europe.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in observability, application monitoring, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Grafana Stack and experience in creating dashboards and configuring alerts.
• Proficient knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux.
• Practical experience with OpenTelemetry/Grafana Alloy.
• Understanding of Prometheus/Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Git, YAML, and basics of PromQL.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Helm, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of SLI/SLO/SLA and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Develop and maintain an observability platform based on the Grafana Stack.
• Create dashboards and configure alerts for applications and infrastructure.
• Implement and develop solutions using OpenTelemetry and Grafana Alloy.
• Work with components of the Grafana Stack (Prometheus/Mimir, Loki, Tempo) in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement monitoring standards and prepare documentation.

Work location is 100% remote with equipment collection on the first day in Wrocław.
