IT Project Manager (SAP)

Bayer is hiring an IT Project Manager to support new plant delivery in their SAP S/4HANA landscape. The role involves coordinating projects post CORE go-live, ensuring alignment with global standards and templates across multiple supply chain and operational functions. The team operates within Bayer's Digital Hub Warsaw and focuses on efficient and scalable plant enablement.

• University degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ERP programs, or business transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably in Supply Chain or operational areas.
• Understanding of SAP organizational structures such as plant, company code, storage location, purchasing organization, and sales organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience operating in complex and dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and structured working style.
• Experience with process, tools, or documentation setup and continuous improvement.
• Interest in AI and automation with willingness to explore and apply them.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead end-to-end projects for creating new plants in SAP S/4HANA from demand approval to go-live and handover.
• Collaborate with CORE template and deployment teams to ensure alignment with global standards and design principles.
• Translate business requirements into system changes aligned with the global template.
• Hand over requirements to development teams for implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams.
• Manage timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality.
• Build and maintain standard processes, governance, templates, and tools for new plant projects.
• Drive efficiency improvements through lean processes and automation.
• Explore and implement digital and AI-supported enhancements.

The minimum gross monthly salary is 20,240 PLN with final pay based on experience and role scope. Position eligible for variable pay based on performance.
