Product Owner (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two main areas: developing systems for clients mainly in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in specialist recruitment (body leasing).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Experience in creating and maintaining product visions and roadmaps
• Experience working in large projects in banking, retail, or e-commerce (mandatory)
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility for creating new solutions
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Proficient English allowing fluent communication

• Define and develop product vision aligned with business goals and user needs
• Manage product backlog including prioritization and refining requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product requirements
• Work with project team during planning, execution, and acceptance of product iterations
• Set priorities and make decisions regarding scope of functionalities
• Formulate and accept acceptance criteria for delivered product elements
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely realization of agreed objectives
• Analyze data, user feedback, and business results for continuous product improvement
• Cooperate with UX/UI designers, analysts, architects, and development teams to develop solutions
• Support implementation of new functionalities and evaluate their impact on business and users
• Identify product risks and propose risk mitigation actions
