Obowiązki

  • Lead a team of 10 with full responsibility for technical and delivery outcomes, including quality, security, performance, and scalability
  • Create a culture of ownership and accountability by enabling effective decisions and removing blockers
  • Organize work, set milestones, and prioritize the engineering or quality backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
  • Empower engineers to excel by enabling testing, automation, observability, and documentation
  • Track engineering and quality metrics to understand team performance and improve delivery processes
  • Manage incidents affecting the team and ensure on-call rotas and playbooks are established and understood
  • Maintain a healthy shipping cadence balancing short-term and long-term priorities
  • Improve developer experience and software development lifecycle (SDLC) at XTM
  • Communicate team progress and raise visibility of achievements with stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of an AIDLC and promote agent-driven development
