GEO Specialist

Foundation is a remote B2B content marketing agency helping SaaS and Higher Ed clients grow through SEO, content, and strategic distribution. We work with ambitious brands that expect quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Experience with GEO tools like Profound and Ahrefs.
• Ability to conduct detailed research on prompts, questions, and content gaps relevant to B2B audiences.
• Knowledge of AI visibility benchmarking and LLM citation tracking.
• Skills in creating and auditing on-site content plans for GEO alignment.
• Understanding of Reddit platform dynamics and content strategies.
• Capability to track and report on KPIs related to AI visibility and social engagement.
• Collaborative skills to work across teams and contribute to multi-channel strategies.

Nice to have:

• Experience or interest in technical SEO, social strategy, and earned media.
• Ability to contribute to reusable frameworks or playbooks.
• Presentation and client-facing consultative abilities.

GEO Research & Execution:

• Research and document prompts, questions, and content gaps critical to each client's audience.
• Support analysis using GEO tools such as Profound and Ahrefs.
• Contribute to AI visibility benchmarking across LLMs and the AI Search space.
• Assist in developing and maintaining GEO strategies and client reporting.

On-Site Content Planning & Support:

• Create content plans supporting AI citation.
• Audit client content for GEO alignment and recommend restructuring.
• Collaborate with writing and strategy teams for effective content plans.

Reddit Strategy:

• Develop and manage client visibility strategies on Reddit.
• Identify relevant subreddits and participation strategies.
• Plan content that earns upvotes and citations, respecting Reddit culture.
• Support authentic Reddit presence including organic participation and strategic engagement.

Performance & Reporting:

• Track KPIs including AI visibility, citation share, AI referral traffic, and Reddit engagement.
• Contribute to regular reports documenting performance and testing plans.
• Support testing across content formats and platform strategies.

Cross-Channel Integration:

• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and senior GEO team members.
• Surface audience insights to inform client content planning.
• Participate in client content audits and strategy sessions with GEO and AI visibility focus.
