PSE Innowacje is a company founded in 2012 by the system operator PSE S.A. It focuses on conducting technical-economic analyses, research and development, and building as well as modernizing IT systems supporting network operation in the power sector in Poland. The company's mission is to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the electric power system in Poland and its continuous development. It acts as a unit for innovative special tasks within the power industry.

• Higher education in technical, economic or university fields with IT subjects.
• Minimum 2 years documented experience as an analyst (data, system, business).
• Practical knowledge of PLSQL and SQL in Oracle notation: comfortable with query creation, code analysis and debugging, and knowledge of database objects (tables, views, indexes).
• Willingness to work as a manual tester as main duty.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and basic testing methodologies.
• Analytical thinking and independent problem investigation.
• English language proficiency minimum B1 for technical documentation reading.

Nice to have:

• Experience in manual testing and knowledge of testing methodology (ISTQB certificate).
• Experience in test automation with Robot Framework and Python, and GUI automation knowledge using Selenium.
• Proficiency in test management tools: Jira and Xray.
• Practical knowledge of API testing tools: Postman and/or Swagger.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in SQL query optimization and execution plan analysis.
• Familiarity with object storage (MinIO / S3).
• Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN) and tools like Enterprise Architect and Confluence.

• Prepare test scenarios and test data independently.
• Conduct functional (black-box), non-functional, integration, and system (e2e) tests.
• Verify correctness of data and database logic using SQL queries and PLSQL procedures on Oracle.
• Analyze business and system requirements and data flows.
• Analyze and interpret test results, create reports, and draw conclusions.
• Support users during acceptance tests and system maintenance.
• Prepare user manuals and conduct training on application usage.
• Collaborate closely with database developers, analysts, and solution architects.
