Senior Customer IAM Engineer

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
• More than five years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
• Experience developing Java web services using JEE and Spring based on REST architectures.
• Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including Keycloak, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with agile development methods and modern architectural patterns.
• Business-fluent English (B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with cloud-based software development lifecycle, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps.

• Design and configure identity features including MFA, SSO, Social Login, identity federation, passwordless authentication, and consent management.
• Define reusable integration patterns (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and collaborate with application teams to migrate and standardize integrations.
• Implement advanced security controls such as bot protection, adaptive authentication, rate limiting, breached credential detection, and account takeover protection.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to ensure high SLA readiness and seamless integration with systems like CRM and APIs.
• Manage platform governance, documentation, vendor support interactions, and roll out delegated administration (self-service) for development teams.
