Wymagania
- Experience in system architecture design as an IT Architect or Lead Developer
- Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring framework
- Practical use of modern AI technologies including LLM and GenAI in commercial projects
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud services
- Ability to combine architectural responsibilities with active software development
- Communicative knowledge of Polish and English languages (minimum B2, must have)

- Defining system solutions and responsibility for technology and architectural approach choices
- Developing and maintaining high-quality backend components based on Java
- Supporting the engineering team through mentoring, technical consultations, and task supervision
- Building and developing solutions based on AI and initiating their practical use in project teams
- Supporting effective cooperation between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical departments
