Infrastructure Service Manager

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and maintaining infrastructure and/or business systems.
• Professional experience in managing infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of IT tools supporting patch installation and vulnerability elimination in IT environments.
• Understanding of data security, vulnerability classification, and SIEM tools.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM process methodology (ITIL certification preferred).
• Interpersonal skills including multitasking and efficient incident resolution.
• Fluent communication, influence, negotiation, and task delegation skills.
• Ability to prepare documentation related to assigned tasks.
• Leadership skills and team management.
• Good knowledge of English at minimum B2 level.

• Analyze tickets, incidents, and problems, assign and coordinate tasks within IT infrastructure expert areas.
• Organize and lead meetings to restore IT infrastructure services for critical incidents.
• Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts for infrastructure layer problems.
• Support the IT infrastructure team in handling tickets.
• Actively participate in change management processes for infrastructure components.
• Manage the procurement process for licenses and manufacturer support for infrastructure components.
• Collaborate, coordinate, contract, and settle activities with external IT service providers.
• Ensure appropriate KPI levels for infrastructure support processes.
• Implement mechanisms and tools to improve infrastructure layer processes.
• Participate in audit tasks, represent the area, and execute remediation plans.
• Build relationships with IT process participants, delegate and settle assigned tasks, set priorities.
• Coordinate supplier work in the local Data Center.
• Coordinate activities during Data Center service interruptions.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
