Product Owner

Baltic Amadeus client is focused on fintech product development in payments and digital banking, including internet banking, core banking, PISP, and open banking services across the Baltic states.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in FinTech, payments, or digital banking
• Good understanding of payment systems, payment flows, and financial product development
• Exposure to PISP, open banking, internet banking, and/or core banking systems
• Basic understanding of ISO 20022 and XML-based messaging
• Experience working with APIs, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, or similar integration methods
• Familiarity with regulations and standards such as PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, AML, or comparable frameworks
• Ability to support backlog management, prioritization, and requirements clarification
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or comparable delivery environments
• Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience working with multiple banking or payment platforms
• Background in migration, integration, or modernization projects
• Experience collaborating with distributed delivery teams

• Own and manage the product backlog for payments and digital banking solutions
• Define, prioritize, and clarify business and product requirements
• Align product development with business goals and stakeholder expectations
• Support delivery of solutions related to internet banking, core banking, PISP, and open banking
• Collaborate with IT, business, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ensure clear communication, requirement visibility, and prioritization across teams
