CRM Product Owner

• Experience with CRM platforms
• Background as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of sales and commercial processes
• Ability to structure requirements and drive product decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Own and drive parts of the CRM product roadmap
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to understand business needs
• Translate requirements into structured features, user stories, and priorities
• Ensure alignment between global standards and local market needs
• Drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
