Technical Digital Analyst (k/m)

Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT is an airline company based in Warszawa, Poland, operating in the aviation industry. The role is within the IT development and system administration domains, focused on digital analytics and marketing technology integration.

• Practical experience with Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or Clarity
• Experience with Tag Management Systems like Adobe Launch, GTM, or Tealium, including server-side implementations
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, preferably Azure or Google Cloud
• Independence, responsibility, accuracy, reliability, and openness to learning
• Understanding of data regulations like GDPR and CCPA
• Ability to configure solutions compliant with privacy policies
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• Higher education degree

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (WebSDK, MobileSDK, Event-Forwarding)
• Knowledge of Adobe RT-CDP and Customer Journey Analytics
• Knowledge of Python (including Pandas, Numpy) and SQL
• Ability to visualize data using PowerBI or similar tools
• Experience working with Agile methods such as Agile and Scrum

• Implement and continuously maintain Adobe digital analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Attributes
• Prepare requirements for IT and suppliers to collect user behavior data
• Develop and maintain integrations of analytics tools with Microsoft Azure and other MarTech platforms
• Implement custom measurement scripts for marketing channels (including 3rd party and server-side scripts)
• Participate in projects related to conversion optimization and content personalization
• Collaborate closely with development teams and CRO, UX/UI, SEO, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Data Science, and Product Management teams
• Test analytical solutions and report bugs to the IT team
