• Willingness to work at the main plant in Ujeździec Mały.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Webcon BPS platform.
• Practical, project-verified ability to create and implement document workflows.
• Very good knowledge of SQL enabling creation of advanced queries and integrations.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS sufficient for customizing forms and interfaces.
• Experience in analyzing and mapping business processes.
• Ability to independently solve problems and think analytically.
• Experience in system integration using REST/SOAP API is a strong advantage.

• Independently gather and analyze business requirements for process optimization and digitization.
• Design, implement, and develop advanced solutions based on the Webcon BPS platform.
• Create complex forms, document workflows, and processes using advanced actions and rules.
• Integrate the Webcon system with other corporate systems (e.g., ERP, databases).
• Ensure high quality and performance of implemented solutions through testing and optimization.
• Provide expert support (level II/III) to key users and trainees.
• Maintain technical and substantive documentation of implemented processes.
• Train users and actively propose system improvements.
