• Willingness to work at the main facility in Ujeździec Mały
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support or helpdesk
• Practical skills in troubleshooting technical problems
• Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure administration
• Understanding of IT security concepts
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Comarch) is a plus

• Provide direct technical support to end users
• Diagnose and solve technical issues related to hardware and software
• Administer email accounts and maintain service continuity
• Install and update company software
• Basic administration of IT equipment, network infrastructure, and servers
• Monitor system security including antivirus protection and data archiving
• Advise on IT hardware selection
