Medicover is a company engaged in healthcare services aiming to improve and maintain good health of patients. The role is part of the IT Architecture Department, which is responsible for IT architecture across the organization and collaborates daily with business and IT teams.
Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, including roles as enterprise architect or IT solutions architect.
- Knowledge of architectural methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Archimate) and ability to apply them practically.
- Understanding of business processes, technologies, and their interrelations.
- Ability to work with architectural models, gap analyses, roadmaps, and application lifecycle.
- Experience with architectural modeling and management tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, ADOIT).
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills; daily work involves collaboration with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking ability combining business and technology perspectives.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level.
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Archimate.
- Experience working in organizations with complex structures.
Obowiązki
- Coordinate activities related to managing the portfolio of applications, technologies, and business capabilities.
- Support building architectural standards and oversee their application in projects.
- Support projects in developing IT solution concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various business and IT units to ensure consistency of solutions.
- Identify dependencies among initiatives and recommend actions to improve the IT landscape.
- Support decision-making processes by providing architectural models and impact analyses of changes.
- Develop and maintain the architecture repository (e.g., using tools like Enterprise Architect).
- Support the development of architectural governance and promote collaboration between IT and business teams.
