• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• At least secondary IT-related education.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows systems.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (Android, iOS).
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networks.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Basic knowledge of information security.
• Good communication skills, self-organization, and teamwork ability.
• Proficiency in Polish (min. B2) and English sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• Valid driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of networking, UTM administration, and switch management.
• Relevant certifications and training.

• Provide technical support to users including analyzing, resolving, and escalating issues.
• Manage hardware: install, configure, and register workstations and mobile devices.
• Monitor IT infrastructure including telecommunication networks.
• Participate in testing, implementation projects, and support system administrators.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with external service providers.
