Obowiązki
Platform Adoption & Transformation:
- Lead the adoption of the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Introhive) across EMEA as part of the transformation project team.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for pre-launch and post-transition.
- Drive behavioral change and embed processes for operational efficiency and value creation.
Engagement, Communication & Change Enablement:
- Design and deliver communication strategies including roadshows, presentations, and campaigns.
- Manage ongoing communications to drive sustained platform usage.
- Measure engagement and adoption against KPIs.
Development of Client Insights Technology:
- Gather business feedback for future development roadmaps.
- Collaborate with IT and Dynamics Product Owner on system enhancements.
- Act as subject matter expert for Introhive and Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities.
- Challenge local requests to maintain data integrity and scalability.
Training & Capability Building:
- Ensure colleagues understand tools and data for business development.
- Develop and improve training programs to build CRM proficiency.
- Maintain best practice guidelines and reference materials.
Community Management & Governance:
- Coordinate the EMEA Client Insights Champion community.
- Oversee training and support for the champion network to drive adoption.
- Act as guardian of data and process consistency and escalate governance risks.
Client Data, Analysis & Reporting:
- Partner to design reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting client development.
- Work with data management to enhance data quality and streamline processes.
- Use CRM insights to produce client analysis packs and elevate data quality.
