SGB-BANK S.A., operating in the banking sector, is seeking a system administrator specialized in supporting the Central System (DEF 3000) related to credit products. The position is located in Poznań, Poland.

• Secondary education, preferably in banking, finance, or economics.
• Experience working in banking.
• Min. 2 years experience in administering or using banking systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Skills and experience in testing and implementing changes in IT systems.
• Ability to create documentation for maintained environments.
• Practical knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good organization of own work, flexibility, and teamworking skills.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the def3000 system.

• Support for def3000 users as second line in credit product areas.
• Participate in def3000 system tests and handle errors and failures with the system provider concerning credit processes.
• Manage parameters and product dictionaries based on the template and related production def3000 databases for credit products.
• Collaborate on developing requirements for new functionalities.
