WEB Developer/Programista/ka- Główna Specjalistka/ Główny Specjalista w Biurze promocji i komunikacji

The position is offered by FRSE, located in Warszawa, Poland. It involves working in the Biuro promocji i komunikacji (Office of Promotion and Communication). The company operates within public sector IT administration and software development.

• Higher education, preferably in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in programming
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
• Good command of PHP 7/8, Laravel 6/11, databases MySQL, MariaDB (SQL), SCSS/CSS3, Bootstrap, Javascript, Vue.js, jQuery, Node.js, Composer, Webpack
• Proficient knowledge of semantic HTML and rational use of WAI-ARIA attributes
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 standard at AA level
• Knowledge of REST API
• Familiarity with version control system GIT (Github/Bitbucket)
• Knowledge of Ubuntu Server or Debian system (console)
• Administrative knowledge of WordPress (editing templates/plugins, security)
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to establish contacts and work in a team
• Good organization of own work
• Good command of English

• Creating new functionalities and expanding existing web services based on the Laravel framework (versions 6–11) and WordPress
• Writing clean, efficient PHP 7/8 code following object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• Ensuring performance, loading speed, and correct rendering across browsers
• Designing and implementing solutions based on REST API and integrating with external services
• Designing structure, optimizing queries, and administering databases
• Monitoring and securing websites (especially WordPress) against attacks and maintaining plugin and library updates
• Basic configuration and operation of server environments based on Ubuntu/Debian and Apache2 server
• Implementing digital accessibility solutions according to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, including semantic HTML and WAI-ARIA attributes
• Collaborating with other teams to collect requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Creating technical documentation for produced software
• Independently planning task priorities and reporting progress
• Managing budgets of coordinated projects
