IT Support Specialist (Help Desk)

• Experience with ticketing systems and Help Desk environment

• Basic programming knowledge in C++ or Java

• Provide technical support to users and clients
• Diagnose and analyze problems in Linux/Windows systems
• Analyze logs (e.g., Nginx, Syslog, and other service systems)
• Create and develop process automation
• Integrate APIs between systems
• Support SCADA/ADMS projects
• Develop simple tools and scripts to improve team workflows
• Document solutions and procedures (e.g., using Confluence)
