Endpoint Solutions Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience managing endpoints in Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience implementing endpoint security and compliance controls.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint engineering, platform implementation, software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
• Hands-on scripting and automation skills using PowerShell; knowledge of Python or Bash is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
• Proactive mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills to document technical solutions and share knowledge.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).

• Partner with the Endpoint Solutions Architect to implement enterprise endpoint solutions based on approved designs.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy endpoint solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Participate in technical design reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations.
• Engineer, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
• Configure endpoint policies, compliance settings, software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle processes.
• Support Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments maintaining endpoint health, reporting, and operational stability.
• Implement endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, FileVault, and Conditional Access.
• Support endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives with Cyber Security teams.
• Implement endpoint security baselines and compliance policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Deliver endpoint engineering activities for Digital Workplace modernization, cloud-first initiatives, and global technology deployments.
• Support office relocations, mergers and acquisitions, and global endpoint implementation projects.
• Identify automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Act as Level 3 technical escalation point for complex platform issues, including major incident support, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure, Networking, and Cloud teams along with vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
