Junior FullStack Developer

Cheil Poland is part of Cheil Worldwide, a marketing company under the Samsung Group headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, offering advertising, digital marketing, public relations, shopper marketing, and more. They work closely with Samsung (Poland, Europe, and worldwide) and have been the global digital production center for Samsung.com since 2018. The company also develops advanced solutions for retail, blending traditional in-person retail with digitally-focused solutions, and ATL & BTL as well.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer responsible for both backend and frontend
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express.JS, Docker, webhooks, microservices, GitLab CI/CD
• Frontend experience with ReactJS, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS
• Knowledge of MongoDB and database design
• API integration, design, and development
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, Cloud formation, EC2, S3, Load balancers, Terraform)
• Comfortable with Git commands, terminal, Figma, and Photoshop
• Skilled problem solver capable of managing multiple projects
• Comfortable working as a solo developer
• Passion for great design and attention to detail
• Experience working in an Agile environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines
• Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office / 2 days remotely
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

• Build world-class quality assurance software, involved from idea creation to feature launch
• Collaborate closely within the team on solution design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
• Assist in scoping and planning of features
• Communicate development status, issues, and questions via demonstrations
• Adopt new frameworks or libraries as the technology stack evolves
• Solve complex problems and support the team
• Communicate technical creations to non-technical colleagues
