Wymagania
- Higher education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administering SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development.
- Understanding of HR and payroll processes and HR digitalization.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business users.
- Proficiency in English enabling work in an international environment.
- Analytical thinking, independence, and good organization skills.
Nice to have:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- Experience in implementation or migration projects.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (People Analytics, Report Center, Story Reports).
- Knowledge of system integration (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or other middleware solutions).
Obowiązki
- Administer and configure the SAP SuccessFactors system.
- Maintain data accuracy and system information quality.
- Handle user requests and resolve system-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and service providers for system maintenance and development.
- Configure processes and support implementation of new modules in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participate in development and deployment projects related to HR digitization.
- Test new functionalities and conduct acceptance testing.
- Create reports, analyses, and system documentation.
- Oversee user permissions and ensure configuration compliance with security policies.
- Support end users and provide system usage training.
- Collaborate on integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other organizational systems.
- Monitor changes and new functionalities released by the system provider.
