IT Manager – EMEA (f/m)

EcoWater Europe is a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions and part of Marmon Holdings, a Berkshire Hathaway company. The IT Manager Europe will be based in Poznan, Poland, and will drive the digital transformation journey across multiple European locations.

• Experience in an IT leadership role within an international organization.
• Strong understanding of business systems, ERP, and CRM platforms.
• Experience leading technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Interest in AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Define and drive the digital transformation agenda across Europe.
• Partner directly with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Manufacturing.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI solutions that create measurable business value.
• Lead critical IT and business systems initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders across multiple European locations to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and become a trusted advisor to both leadership and operational teams.
• Drive change in an environment where decisions are made quickly and initiatives move from idea to implementation.
