Social Media&Community Manager

Teyon is a game development studio with 150+ developers based in Kraków, offices in Łódź, Warsaw, and an international presence in Tokyo. The company has developed titles such as Terminator: Resistance, RoboCop: Rogue City, and is working on Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish and another unannounced project.

• Proven experience in communications or community management within the game development industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and gaming communities (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Steam).
• Knowledge of programs for creating graphics, GIFs, and video editing.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1) and native Polish.
• Independence, proactive approach, and ability to generate ideas.
• Strong artistic sense and awareness of social media trends.
• Passion for video games.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and streaming.

Nice to have:

• Existing relationships with gaming press, media outlets, and content creators.
• Running a YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or TikTok channel.
• List of shipped game titles worked on in the past.

• Managing official brand communication across social media platforms (including X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and other channels such as Steam, Discord, Reddit.
• Developing, creating, and publishing content including news posts, marketing materials, graphical and video assets.
• Communicating with production teams on ongoing projects.
• Preparing marketing and PR plans and coordinating PR activities, media communication, and influencer collaborations.
• Hosting live streams (Twitch, Steam) and presenting games to media and public both remotely and in live events.
• Tracking community growth and social media performance; transforming data into insights to optimize content strategy.
