Senior Salesforce Administrator – Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)

Global technology organisation designing and delivering hardware, connected software and digital services used by millions worldwide.

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• At least 3 years working with Salesforce CPQ and demonstrable Revenue Cloud expertise.
• Practical experience managing subscription-based commercial models and related lifecycle events.
• Strong skills building advanced Salesforce Flows and automations.
• Experience maintaining integrations with ERP or other enterprise systems.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• Higher education degree.
• Proactive mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams and outcomes.

• Administer and continuously improve Salesforce CPQ & Billing to support end-to-end quote-to-cash workflows.
• Configure and maintain product catalogues, bundles, pricing rules and approval processes.
• Design and implement advanced automations using Salesforce Flow to streamline commercial operations.
• Support subscription lifecycle management, including renewals, upgrades and billing events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and ERP/enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and process reliability.
• Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, best practices and knowledge-sharing across the platform team.
