- 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP).
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English.

- Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and project documentation.
- Support Agile delivery, including work planning in ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0.
