The center provides IT services to Deloitte Member Firm clients, leveraging Albania’s talent, geography, and language skills. The team delivers diverse projects ensuring optimal client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree (or final year) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in Workday, ERP systems, and consulting.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer service, ticketing, or support environments.
• Experience in project coordination or project management support.
• Experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Experience in AMS, IT support, or system implementation projects.

• Become part of Deloitte Central Europe’s Workday team, delivering international implementation, optimization, and support projects.
• Act as a point of contact for Workday users, analyzing and resolving system issues through ticket-based support.
• Assist with Workday configuration, testing, system improvements, and deployment of functional solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, support process mapping, and translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Work closely with senior consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support workshops, client meetings, solution demonstrations, and discussions on project progress and best practices.
• Continuously develop Workday knowledge, analytical skills, and consulting capabilities.
