Wymagania
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Professional experience in a B2B environment within international organizations
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive and engaged mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong experience in gathering and managing requirements in complex IT environments
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications
- Experience working closely with cross-functional and international teams
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles
- Hands-on experience in Requirements Engineering for SAP SD
- Experience with SAP CC, Salesforce and/or EDI integrations is a strong plus
- Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
- High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to quality
- Collaborative, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach
Obowiązki
Your main focus will be on SAP SD, including:
- Capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and business requirements in a structured way
- Designing and customizing user-centric solutions aligned with customer expectations
- Assessing the impact of requirements on business processes and supporting decision-making
- Collaborating closely with teams responsible for eCommerce, CRM, and CIAM solutions (e.g. SAP CC, Salesforce)
