Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Time & Attendance solutions, especially WorkForce Software.
- Practical knowledge of HR processes and HR systems.
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with additional HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Obowiązki
- Partner with stakeholders globally to understand business processes and translate them into HRIS solutions focused on WorkForce Software.
- Collaborate with HR experts and IT teams to design, develop, and enhance time & attendance and workforce scheduling technology solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting results.
- Investigate and resolve system issues while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Support implementation, onboarding, and continuous improvement of a global Total Workforce Management solution.
- Create and maintain process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the HR systems environment.
