Murex Practice Delivery Lead | Poland

Deloitte is seeking a Murex Practice Delivery Lead to join their team working on capital markets transformation programs for financial institutions. The role involves delivery and leadership within Deloitte CE's Murex practice, collaborating with international teams and clients.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering Murex projects, programs, or workstreams within financial services organizations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Murex MX.3, including Front Office functionality and exposure to Back Office, Risk, Integration, and Datamart modules.
• Deep understanding of capital markets products and processes, including Rates, Credit, FX, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, and OTC products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor organizations.
• Experience defining business and functional requirements, preparing project documentation, and translating business needs into effective Murex solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Residence in the European Union.
• Passion for mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to practice growth.

• Act as the primary point of contact for project escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic advisor on Murex-related transformation initiatives and delivery approaches.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, target operating models, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead and develop a team of Murex consultants through mentoring, coaching, and capability-building initiatives.
• Contribute to the growth of Deloitte CE's Murex practice through knowledge sharing, delivery standards, recruitment support, and business development activities.
